At Comfy Craft, your satisfaction is our top priority. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer a full refund or exchange. We kindly ask all customers to review their orders carefully upon delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, uncut and in the exact same condition that you received it, including its original packaging. Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the bespoke and custom cut nature of our foam and comfort products, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom cut or custom sized foam orders of any kind
- Foam products that have been cut, trimmed or modified after delivery
- Pillows, wedges or cushions that have been used or removed from original packaging
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts due to customer error
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and thoroughly inspected by our team, we will notify you promptly via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund please follow these steps:
- First check your bank account and recent transactions carefully
- Then contact your card provider or payment service as processing times may vary
- Allow a few additional business days for your bank to process the refund

Sale Items
Only regular full priced items are eligible for refunds. Items purchased during a sale, promotion or at a discounted price unfortunately cannot be refunded unless they are faulty or damaged upon delivery.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are confirmed defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied upon delivery. If you believe your item qualifies for an exchange please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at: 📧 info@comfycraftuk.com
Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue and supporting photographs where possible so we can resolve your request as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty please contact us immediately at info@comfycraftuk.com with your order details and photographs of the damage. We will do our very best to resolve the issue promptly and fairly for you.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for all returns as Comfy Craft cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return process.
